Refund policy

Because our coffee and tea are food products, we do not accept returns, and you never need to send anything back.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or something is missing, email us at alonergan879@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue if possible. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. No return is needed.

Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with a coffee or tea, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. You don't need to send anything back.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
